(A) HEC-1A/V or (B) HEC-1A/OE cells were injected s.c. into nude Balb/c female mice. At day 13 (arrow), mice were injected twice a week with 1 mg/kg of anti-EMP2 diabody 83, control diabody A10, or sterile saline. Tumor volume was calculated using calipers. n=6. At day 31, mice were euthanized and tumor histology was assessed by hemotoxylin and eosin staining. A representative panel depicts excised tumors (left; scalebar, mm) and the corresponding histology (right; 40X magnification) for HEC-1A/V (C) and HEC-1A/OE (D). Comparison by student’s t test, *p<0.05
