Spectral (low frequency [LF]/ high frequency [HF]) and nonlinear parameters (sample entropy) were analyzed for the three wearable respiration biofeedback tasks. Mean±one standard deviation values were plotted. The inhaling and exhaling ratio for WB1 was 1.0; the inhaling and exhaling ratio for WB2 was 0.5; and the inhaling and exhaling ratio for WB3 was 2. The different targeted respiration rhythms are illustrated at the top of this figure.
