The expression of individual miRNAs in biopsies of normal skin, and psoriatic uninvolved and lesional skin was determined using miRNA expression array technology. The expression profile of normal skin was compared to uninvolved psoriatic skin (A) and psoriatic lesional skin (B). Abundance of an individual miRNA is shown by its relative position along the scaled y and x axes (arbitrary units). The colored boxes denote miRNAs which were further analyzed.
