Different numbers of cells were seeded in a multi-well plate for 24 hours. After, the protease activity were determined according to the protocol recommended by the manufacturer. Luminescence was determined as relative light units (RLU) × 104 using a plate luminometer.
Results are reported as mean of 3 independent experiments ± standard error.
