The GFP fusion protein (TcSub2-GFP) and native protein (TcSub2) were localized by fluorescence microscopy. Specific polyclonal antibodies raised against TcSub2 were used to detect the native protein. Secondary antibodies were conjugated to Alexa-488. Cells were stained with DAPI to locate the nuclear and kinetoplast DNA. Bars = 10 µm.
