Hepatocytes were isolated from HIF-1βfl/fl-Mx-Cre− and HIF-1β fl/fl-Mx-Cre+ mice treated with pIpC. (A) PCR was used to estimate the extent of deletion in the HIF-1β gene in hepatocytes.
