(C) HeLa/E6 cells expressing either control Lib1 or DNAJB12 shRNA were infected with SV40 at an MOI of ~1. Twenty hours later, the cells were stained for SV40 large T antigen and analyzed by flow cytometry. Open and filled histograms show staining of uninfected and infected cells, respectively.
