Expression of Nkrp1f and Nkrp1g in NK cell subsets in PVG-RT7 ^b rats and C57BL/6 mice. a Sorted single-positive NKR-P1B⁺Ly49s3⁻ and Ly49s3⁺NKR-P1B⁻ NK cells (CD3⁻NKR-P1A⁺) from spleens of PVG-RT7 ^b rats were analysed for expression of the indicated Nkrp1 transcripts by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, performed at tenfold dilutions.
