Expression of Nkrp1f and Nkrp1g in NK cell subsets in PVG-RT7 b rats and C57BL/6 mice. a Sorted single-positive NKR-P1B+Ly49s3− and Ly49s3+NKR-P1B− NK cells (CD3−NKR-P1A+) from spleens of PVG-RT7 b rats were analysed for expression of the indicated Nkrp1 transcripts by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, performed at tenfold dilutions.
