HPLC–AMS data of digested DNA resulting from the incubation of [14C]oxaliplatin with 833 K and MDA-MB-231 cells for 24 h. The radiocarbon due to oxaliplatin–DNA adducts was measured in triplicate by AMS as a fraction of the total radiocarbon (histogram). The retention times of synthetic authentic standards (solid line) were used to assign peak identity.
