Combinations of the scanner manufacturer and model, type (pulse sequence and acquisition plane), volume size, and volume spacings are listed by percentage for each MRI weighting (T1, PD, T2). The percentages for each MRI weighting sum to less than 100% because only the largest combinations are shown. The first row of the table indicates that 20% of the T1-weighted image volumes were acquired from Intera Philips Medical Systems scanners using a gradient echo (GR) pulse sequence. Each image volume was acquired in the sagittal plane (sag), consists of 172 images, and has a slice spacing of 1.2 mm. Each image width and height is 256 pixels with pixel spacings of 0.94 mm.
