Dual-task performance for the tracking task is shown as mean dual-task decrement ΔRMSE (the difference between each subject's dual-task score and his/her expected single-task score for the same episode) and its standard error across subjects. After the first dual-task block, visual feedback of the tracking task was up–down reversed. The values are sorted according to the concurrently performed loading task: ATTN (attention), ROT (rotation), TAP (tapping), and CTRL (control). Note that the time course of ΔRMSE differs between loading tasks.
