Praja1 in situ hybridization. The Praja1 mRNA was found to be widely expressed in cortical and subcortical brain areas (a). Particularly strong labeling was observed in the basolateral nucleus of the amygdala; size and location of labeled cell bodies are indicative of neuronal cells (b).
