SSR149415 or OPC-21268 was added 10 minutes prior to the administration of AVP (10–7 M) in the cultured pituitary cells from V1aR+/+ male mice. The ACTH levels were expressed as the amount secreted over a period of 3 hours per 5 × 105 cells.
