Octopamine-induced Ca²⁺ signals in HEK 293 cells stably transfected with DmOctα1Rb_wt or DmOctα1Rb_T352A. HEK 293 cells stably transfected either with DmOctα1Rb_wt (WTstab) or DmOctα1Rb_T352A (T352Astab) were loaded with Fluo-4. Ca²⁺ responses of individual cells were examined in the presence of 50 nM octopamine. Classification and color code are same as in Fig. 4. Number of cells (n) analyzed for each construct is given. For comparison, results from transiently transfected cells are included (taken from Fig. 4).
