For each cell type the values of Jτ12, the initial number of cells, their target volume, V, and the type of cAMP dynamics (cAMP relay, oscillatory, or small decay) are shown. Other parameters used are T = 6, λ = 1, μ = 200, Hdiss = 0.8, Htubediss = 30, and Δtinduction = 8.5 sec.
