The influence of sample size on intra-cultivar genetic diversity parameters. Dots represent either the amount of expected heterozygosity (He) or the Shannon diversity index (I) of total variation. The regression formula applied was ln(Y) = b0 + (b1/t), where b0 and b1 are parameters, t represents sample size, and Y refers to the index of percentage of each sample.
