Impaired masculine characteristics in the male Gli2 mutant GT. A, The fold expression of MafB and Fkbp5 between male and female GT is decreased in the Gli2 mutant GT. Gli1 expression does not show sexually dimorphic expression pattern. RNA was isolated from the mesenchyme adjacent to the UPE (blue area in A).
