The position and splitting of the nitroxide spin probe EPR spectrum depends on probe orientation in the external magnetic field H (Equation 1). In the “powder” spectrum all spin probes’ orientations are present. Resonance line position and splitting depends on tensors g and A, respectively. H = 0.34 T, ν = 9.4 GHz (X-band), H = 3.4 T, ν = 94 GHz (W-band)
