Downregulation of GSK-3 leads to Caspase-3 activation. U2OS cells were transfected with siRNA directed against GSK-3α, GSK-3β or both. 72 hours after transfection, cells were harvested and probed for GSK-3α and GSK-3β expression and for cleaved Caspase-3 by Western Blotting.
