Scheme for the formation of NiO nanoparticles by sol-gel method.
The obtained sol-gel solution was used to fabricate film onto ITO coated glass plates. Gel was coated over ITO by dip coating method and calcined at 400°C in a furnace for an hour to obtain Nickel Oxide (NiO) thin film over ITO glass plate (ITO/NiO).
