PP6c is recruited to the DSB site. DR GFP U2OS cells were transfected with the I-SceI expression construct or a control vector. One day later, transfectants were harvested for ChIP analysis. ChIP enriched DNA was used as template for PCR (top part) or real-time PCR (bottom part) using a pair of DNA primers adjacent to the DSB site induced by the I-SceI expression.
