Input widow has online upload or structure drawing functions, four fingerprint generators and choice of prediction algorithms. Backend in server has built in file format conversion as well as naïve Bayecian classifer for ligand activity prediction and SVM classifier for ligand function prediction functions. Output window displays the result of query compound AZD7371 (PubChem CID 3055171), showing that the compound is predicted to be an active 5HT1A ligand with antagonistic function to the 5HT1A receptor. The prediction models were modeled from known 1600 of 5HT1A ligands from PubChem database (GLIDA depositor).
