AgNP/NSP, synthesized at the equivalent ratio of Ag/CEC = 1.0, was fabricated by methanol reduction at 80°C. Diagram of the synthesis of the nanohybrid is illustrated (A). The surface structure of the AgNP/NSP was revealed by the FE-SEM (B-D). The absorbance at 420 nm kinetically revealed the reduced status of the AgNPs at the indicated times after methanol reduction (E).
