(c) Interaction between ABO3 protein and the 32P-labeled APN1, APN2, mAPN1 and mAPN2 fragments. A 1-μg portion of protein was incubated with 32P-labeled 1 nM APN1, APN2, mAPN1 or mAPN2, respectively. For the competition test, 100 nM non-labeled APN1 or APN2 was added in the above experiment.
