Red and white muscle mitochondrial samples (n = 3 pairs) were isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) labeled and analyzed by mass spectrometry. Shown above are the 48 mitochondrial proteins that were significantly and at least 25% different between red and white skeletal muscle mitochondria.
