Table 3.

Changes in current and conductance in CFTRΔF508/ΔF508 epithelia as a percentage of changes in CFTR+/+ epithelia. Data are changes in Isc in response to forskolin and IBMX and GlyH-101 (ΔIsccAMP, ΔIscGlyH), the corresponding changes in Gt (ΔGtcAMP, ΔGtGlyH), changes in apical current induced by adding basolateral nystatin and apical forskolin and IBMX (ΔINyst+cAMP) in the presence of a Cl concentration gradient, and changes induced by the subsequent addition of GlyH-101 (ΔIGlyH). To correct for any changes in the absence of CFTR, we subtracted values obtained in CFTR−/− epithelia, and data were calculated from mean values of individual measurements as (CFTRΔF508/ΔF508CFTR−/−)/(CFTR+/+CFTR −/−).
