Changes in current and conductance in CFTR^{ΔF508/ΔF508} epithelia as a percentage of changes in CFTR^+/+ epithelia. Data are changes in Isc in response to forskolin and IBMX and GlyH-101 (ΔIsc_cAMP, ΔIsc_GlyH), the corresponding changes in Gt (ΔGt_cAMP, ΔGt_GlyH), changes in apical current induced by adding basolateral nystatin and apical forskolin and IBMX (ΔI_Nyst+cAMP) in the presence of a Cl⁻ concentration gradient, and changes induced by the subsequent addition of GlyH-101 (ΔI_GlyH). To correct for any changes in the absence of CFTR, we subtracted values obtained in CFTR^−/− epithelia, and data were calculated from mean values of individual measurements as (CFTR^{ΔF508/ΔF508}− CFTR^−/−)/(CFTR^+/+−CFTR ^−/−).
