Effects of emulsified isoflurane pretreatment on TNF-α levels in lung tissue and serum after hepatic I/R in rats (n = 8). Compared with sham group, both serum and lung TNF-α levels increased significantly in I/R+S, I/R+V and I/R+E groups.
