The effect of antagomirs of miR-27a on cyclin D1 promoter activity. Luciferase reporter assay was detected by cotransfection of this reporter gene (0.2 μg/well) with increasing amounts of antagomirs of miR-27a (0.3, 0.6, and 1 nM) in MKN45 cells.
