Time course of accumulation of YFP-TRIM5αrh fusion protein in the nucleus after leptomycin B treatment. HeLa cells stably expressing a YFP-TRIM5αrh fusion protein were treated with 5 ng/ml of LMB or DMSO for 2 and 12 hours.
