Kif4A co-localizes with γ-H2AX upon laser micro-irradiation in HeLa cells. Cells were miro-irradiated within a bar area of nucleus as described in the Methods section, fixed at various time points and processed for immunofluorescent staining to detect Kif4A and γ-H2AX (an early responsive DNA double strand break marker).
