Double immunofluorescence staining of SK-N-SH cells control or treated with 25 nm epoxomicin or 100 μm chloroquine alone or combined (Epx + CQ) is shown. p62/SQSTM1 (p62) aggregates were visualized with the anti-p62/SQSTM1 antibody (red), and mono- and polyubiquitinated proteins were visualized with the anti-ubiquitin antibody (green).
