Representative ITC data of CtCBM62 binding to soluble ligands. The ligand (3 mg/ml xyloglucan, 5 mg/ml arabinogalactan, 10 mm arabinose) in the syringe was titrated into CtCBM52 (145 μm) in the cell. The top half of each panel shows the raw ITC heats; the bottom half shows the integrated peak areas fitted using a one single binding model by MicroCal Origin software. ITC was carried out in 50 mm Na-HEPES, pH 7.5, containing 5 mm CaCl₂, at 25 °C.
