Representative ITC data of CtGH5-CBM6 to oligosaccharides. The ligands (10 mm arabinose) in the syringe was titrated into CtGH5-CBM6 (100 μm) in the cell. The top half of each panel shows the raw ITC heats; the bottom half of each panel shows the integrated peak areas fitted using a single binding model by MicroCal Origin software. ITC was carried out in 50 mm Na-HEPES, pH 7.5, at 37 °C.
