Anp32b^+/− mice of mixed 129ola:C57BL/6 background were intercrossed and pups were genotyped at time of weaning (between postnatal 19 and 22 d). “Expected” indicates the distribution for the indicated total number of mice under conditions of normal Mendelian segregation. “Observed” indicates the actual numbers of mice of the indicated genotypes obtained.
