ERp29 co-immunoprecipitates with ΔF508-CFTR in IB3-1 cells. Whole-cell lysates of IB3-1 and T84 cells were prepared as described under “Experimental Procedures.” ERp29 and its stably interacting partners were then immunoprecipitated from equal sample amounts (200 μg of protein) using anti-ERp29 and resolved by SDS-PAGE. Input, 20 μg of whole-cell lysate; No ab, immunoprecipitation protocol performed with omission of anti-ERp29 as a control for nonspecific precipitation.
