Human complement-mediated serum bactericidal antibody responses of mice. The H44/76 test strain (A) was the parent of recombinant H44/76 strains used to prepare the NOMV vaccines. The amino acid sequence of fHbp of this test strain also matched those of the fHbp in the NOMV and recombinant fHbp vaccines.
