The Ungulibabesids are spread in 2 branches, one of which has Babesia sp. Suis as the most ancestral species. The percentages of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1,000 replicates) are shown next to the branches. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated from the data set (complete-deletion option). There were a total of 1,512 positions in the final data set.
