The right panel shows a standard curve analysis of the DNA amplification plots with cycle threshold (CT) values plotted against the logarithm of the input copy number. The dynamic range of the NP-1 PCR assay spanned 8 log units with a slope of −3.3 and an R2 value of 1.0.
