(B), Each individual reaction mixture, incubated for 30 mins, contained CoaE+1 mM DCoA; CoaE+1 mM CTP (incubated for 30 mins) + DCoA (incubated for another 30 mins); CoaE+ 1 mM Malonyl-CoA.
