Effect of intraplatelet rFVIIa on thromboelastometric properties. Thromboelastometry experiments were performed by adding 30% of platelets previously incubated with PBS (control, CON) or with 6 μg/mL rFVIIa to blood samples. Results were obtained using the EXTEM test for clotting time (CT) (A), clotting formation time (CFT) (B), and clot amplitude (ie, firmness) measured after 10 minutes (A10) (C).
