CNR for angiogenic regions in mouse ear model of wound healing. Angiogenic regions were identified in the region proximal to the wound in eight mice, and the CNR was determined for each of these identified regions, obtained at single-exposure times and using meLSCI. A two-tailed paired t-test was performed to determine whether the CNR values of meLSCI images were different from the CNR values of single-exposure-time LSCI images with statistical significance.
