Effect of TNFR1 gene deletion on responses of P450 mRNAs in mouse liver to oral C. rodentium infection. Mice were orally infected with C. rodentium, and livers were harvested 7 days later for measurement of P450 mRNA levels as described under Materials and Methods. Values represent means ± S.E.M. of 6 mice per group. A, CYPs 4A10 and 4A14 and flavin monooxygenase 3 (FMO3); B, CYPs 3A11, 3A25, and 3A41; C, CYPs 1A2, 2D9, and 4F18. *, P<0.05 compared with control group of same genotype. Differences between groups were determined by Student's t test.
