SH2B1β WT and SH2B1β 3Δ colocalize with actin in the ruffles of A7 and M2 cells. M2 and A7 cells overexpressing mRFP-tagged SH2B1β WT or 3Δ mutant were stained with Alexa Fluor 647 phalloidin for actin visualization. Arrows indicate ruffles, and asterisks denote blebs.
