Two patients had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). COPD severity was Stage I (mild) in both patients, based on spirometric classification by Global Initiative for COPD (GOLD).
Pathological examination showed that a patient had usual idiopathic pneumonia and two patients had organizing pneumonia.
