Effects of FnBPA and FnBPB on in vitro infection with S. aureus. Adhesion of S. aureus to and internalization in L929 fibroblasts were studied. L929 cells were cocultured with SH1000 or its fnb mutant strains for 60 min (MOI = 50) and stained by Giemsa's solution.
