pUL99 is localized normally in BFX-GFPstopUS27-infected cells. Infected fibroblasts were assayed by immunofluorescence for pUL99 (red) at 120 hpi. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue), and eGFP (green) is expressed from the viral genome, serving as a second marker of infection.
