MAb immunoprecipitation of the SC-2 sF protein after incubation at 4°C or 50°C for 1 h. 293T cells were transfected with plasmids expressing SC-2 sF protein and metabolically labeled with [³⁵S]methionine-cysteine. The medium from these cells was incubated for 1 h at 4°C or 50°C, followed by immunoprecipitation with individual MAbs.
