The titer was calculated by the sample/positive (S/P) ratio followed by log₁₀ titer using the formula (0.717 × log₁₀ S/P) + 3.906 and finally calculating the antilog of the log₁₀ titer. Titers were expressed as mean reciprocal log₂ titer, and statistical differences were calculated by one-way ANOVA with P < 0.001.
