TRAF6 interacts with USP20 and USP33. (A) HEK293T cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids, and immunoprecipitation was done with either anti-Flag or anti-HA antibody as indicated. The immunoprecipitates and total cell extracts were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted. The blots were probed with either anti-Flag or anti-HA. (B and C) Flag-TRAF6 plasmid with either HA-USP20 or HA-USP33 was cotransfected into HeLa cells. Subcellular localizations of TRAF6, USP20, or USP33 were visualized with anti-Flag (green) or anti-HA (red). The nuclei were stained with DAPI (4′,6′-diamidino-2-phenylindole) (blue).
