hRgr expression in NIH3T3 increases the proportion of cells in S phase and reduce those in G0/G1 phase. Stably (cd) Dtr-hRgr, R-Rgr and N-Ras V12 expressing NIH3T3 cells (10 000) were subjected to propidium iodide staining to determine hRgr’s role in cell cycling events.
